Return Policy for ONLINE purchases:

Restocking Fee (starting 11/1/2023) -Ā Customers that exceed a 15% return rate will have a 15% restocking fee added to all returns.Ā 

Clothing & Shoes - We acceptĀ clothes forĀ returnsĀ within 14 calendar days in which you received your order. Refunds will beĀ issued to your original payment method or in the form of an online credit.Ā  Returns must be received in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be refused. Shoes must be returned unworn and in its original packaging.Ā If received damaged, shoes will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.Ā 

Accessories, Jewelry, Purses (any and all non-clothing items) - We accept returns within 14 calendar days in which you received your order.Ā  Refunds for these items will be issued in the form of a store credit, no exceptions.
