Founded by Mandy Becker in 2002 with our first store in Cary, Swagger began as a small gift boutique and naturally evolved over time—adding clothing in 2011 and expanding to Raleigh in 2017. Today, we’ve grown into a go-to destination not just locally, but for women across the country.
From our stores to our app and live sales, we’re proud to ship all over the U.S. and love bringing Swagger style to women wherever they are.
We’ve been honored as a “Best Gift Shop” and “Best Clothing Boutique” year after year, but what matters most to us is the community we’ve built and the customers who continue to shop with us season after season.

Hi, I’m Mandy—founder of Swagger.
I opened our first store in Cary in 2002 with a simple goal: create a place where women could walk in, feel comfortable, and actually enjoy shopping. As I got to know our customers, Swagger evolved—adding clothing in 2011 and growing into what it is today.
What’s meant the most over the years isn’t just the business—it’s the community. The relationships, the familiar faces, and the women who have shopped with us season after season are truly the heart of Swagger.
I’ve always believed that great style should feel approachable—and that the right outfit can completely change how you show up in your day. Helping women feel confident and pulled together never gets old.
Swagger has also given me the opportunity to give back to the community that has supported us from the very beginning—and that’s something I’ll never take for granted.
