NEW RETURN POLICY STARTING MARCH 1st 2026:

Return Policy for ONLINE purchases:

Customer will be refunded in store credit (minus the initial cost of shipping) and will be required to pay for shipping back to Swagger. Returns are processed once a week so please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will be issued store credit on the platform (website or app) that the order was placed. Money will not be returned to credit card. 

If Redo Returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

We want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase from Swagger! That said, we do accept returns as long as they meet the following criteria:

  • All returns must be sent back using our Return Portal. This means initiating your return and using the generated return label. Please CLICK HERE TO START A RETURN
  • If shipped, items must be postmarked or returned in store within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • If items were picked up in-store, they must be returned within 14 days of pick-up notification. 
  • Clothes: Returns must be received in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be refused. 
  • Shoes: Shoes must be returned unworn and in its original packaging.
  • Accessories: Returns must be received in new condition: unused, original tags, etc. Items returned with obvious use will be refused.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

All items purchased with a 25% or higher discount are FINAL SALE! If a final sale item is shipped back to Swagger, the items will be marked "return to sender" and returned via the shipping carrier at the expense of the customer. Swagger holds no liability on tracking the package once it leaves our facility.

Return Policy for IN-STORE purchases:

We will gladly return items for store credit within 14 days from date of purchase. All in-store returns are subject to the same return requirements and exclusions described above. Approved returns will be issued store credit.

Customers that exceed a 15% return rate will have a 15% restocking fee added to all returns.  

Gift certificates cannot be returned or refunded.

DAMAGES: If you believe you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect items, please initiate a return within 3 days of receiving merchandise or items cannot be returned.

Restocking Fee (starting 11/1/2023) - Customers that exceed a 15% return rate will have a 15% restocking fee added to all returns. 

Clothing & Shoes - We accept clothes for returns within 14 calendar days in which you received your order. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or in the form of an online credit.  Returns must be received in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be refused. Shoes must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. If received damaged, shoes will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs. 

Accessories, Jewelry, Purses (any and all non-clothing items) - We accept returns within 14 calendar days in which you received your order.  Refunds for these items will be issued in the form of a store credit, no exceptions. Returns must be received in new condition: unused, original tags, etc. Items returned with obvious use will be refused.

All sales purchased on sale/clearance are final. Final sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. 

Gift certificates cannot be returned or refunded.
